Our advisory services model works like this:
Step 1
VSG works closely with clients to understand their outsourcing goals and objectives.
Step 2
Clients provide samples and drawings/specs (if available) for the selected products to be sourced.
Step 3
VSG Asia uses the samples and drawings to identify qualified vendors.
Step 4
VSG and its clients establish a relationship with selected vendors. VSG provides ongoing in-country support.
Step 5
Working closely together, VSG and its clients negotiate pricing, terms and conditions.
Step 6
VSG coordinates for samples to be made and delivered for client review and feedback. If modifications are needed, VSG will coordinate the required changes with the vendor and have the new sample submitted for approval.
Step 7
VSG manages product production and inspection by a third party Quality Assurance Company.
Step 8
VSG coordinates shipment and delivery.
Step 9
VSG conducts an after-action review with its clients to ensure client satisfaction regarding product, service and quality.
Step 10
VSG provides ongoing in-country support for the duration of the vendor/client relationship.
