Meet the Speakers

Mike Land
Mike Land is the accomplished President and Managing Partner of Value Source Global, LLC, a firm he has skillfully guided since its inception in 2010. Under his leadership for over 15 years, Mr. Land has directed VSG’s global teams with a strong focus on product sourcing and outsourced manufacturing solutions for their clients.
His extensive expertise in these areas is built upon a robust background in manufacturing and retail leadership. Prior to establishing Value Source Global, Mr. Land held significant roles at Dunlap Sunbrand International, Inc. from 1998 to 2010, including President, Executive Vice President, and Director. His earlier experience includes serving as a Business Unit Manager at Kentucky Derby Hosiery. Mr. Land’s professional journey began with honorable service as an Officer in the United States Army from 1984 to 1988, providing a strong foundation for his subsequent business success.

Kevin Neely
Kevin A. Neely is the Vice President of New Business Development at Value Source Global.
Kevin brings extensive experience in supply chain and operations leadership. Prior to joining Value Source Global in January 2024, he served as Vice President of Operations and Global Supply Chain Management at E-Cloth Inc. from June 2021 to January 2024. Before that, he spent over 15 years at E Ink Corporation, where he advanced through several key roles, from Logistics Manager to Senior Director of Supply Chain.
His depth of expertise and proven track record in global supply chain strategy and operational efficiency make him a valuable asset in driving business development and international growth.

Anson Fang
Since 2011, Anson has served as General Manager, Asia for Value Source Global (VSG), where he oversees sourcing strategy, supplier relations, and regional operations. His deep industry knowledge and cross-border experience make him an integral part of VSG’s global supply chain leadership.
Anson Fang brings nearly 20 years of international business and sourcing experience, with a strong focus on logistics, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing across Asia. He began his career at UPS Shanghai, where he managed key accounts and logistics operations from 2005 to 2009. He then served as Chief Sourcing Representative for a U.S.-based family office specializing in industrial machinery from 2009 to 2011.
